Deskside Technician I Intern - Corporate

Robert Half International is seeking a Deskside Technician I Intern to install, upgrade, and support RHI PC deskside environments using approved applications and corporate scripts. The candidate will provide installation and troubleshooting documentation, contact vendors to request warrantee service for workstations, and will provide basic software support for Microsoft Office suite. The Deskside Technician I Intern will use the ticketing system to respond to technical support issues and log information regarding requests and support activities. This is a part-time position with flexible work hours. Interns must be currently enrolled in school or participating in a work re-entry program.

Requirements:
-High School Diploma required
-Experience supporting windows and Mac OS based PCs
-A+ and CNA Certification
-Must be a team player
