**THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED AT OUR FACILITY IN CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN.**POSITION PURPOSEUnder general supervision, provides day-to-day support of PCs and peripherals. Responds to client requests for service/support of hardware and base software applications (Windows, Office, etc). Assists team members in tasks such as inventory control, equipment maintenance, and data gathering.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year of technical education or experience with PCs and associated peripherals, preferably in a network environment. Ability to use basic technologies such as PCs, printers, faxes, modems, and pagers. Ability, aptitude, and desire to be part of service oriented team. Good written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and TIS staff. Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
