Job Description
Classification: Desktop Support
Compensation: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
A growing Law Firm in the loop has an immediate opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join it's team! The client is actively interviewing candidates this week, so please let me know asap if interested. Responsible for the front-line PC/LAN and software support for 40+ end-users in Chicago office and weekly trips to other office in the mid-west coast (DET/VAL/PIT/MIN) for technology support related activities. Will participate or project manage projects/tasks assigned for local, regional, or firm-wide initiatives. 2-3 years of experience are required, and a Law Firm background is preferred. Requirements:
Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
Good understanding and experience with network and client infrastructure: such as backup strategies, server hardware, Microsoft server and client software (Exchange, Server 2003, Office 2003/2010, WinXP, Win 7etc), login scripts, and network topology
