JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER

LOCATION: PHOENIX AZ

7 or more years of experience as a desktop specialist/engineer

Advanced experience leading enterprise wide hardware refreshes and operating system upgrades

Advanced experience supporting and administrating all OS's (Win 7, 8, 10 and Mac OS X)

Advanced experience managing endpoints, MDM, encryption, and security practices through a centralized console

Advanced experience supporting a wide range of hardware (desktops, laptops, tablets, etc.)

Advanced experience managing, configuring, and administrating SCCM or other systems management software

Advanced knowledge of testing and deploying desktop applications using industry best practices

Advanced understanding of multifunction printers/copiers and desktop printers

Advanced IT troubleshooting skills

Strong experience working with and managing virtual desktop hardware and infrastructure

Strong experience working with Active Directory & Open Directory
