JOB DESCRIPTION

* Coordinates desktop support activities.
* Provides smart phone & iPad support with Apple and Android devices.
* Assist users with troubleshooting the devices and processes orders for upgrades and/or new lines of service.
* Desktop and PC/LAN support/consulting services and problem resolution for complex issues.
* Interfaces with other support groups and/or suppliers to resolve problems.
* Troubleshoots complex desktop problems. Specialized training in PC/LAN Technology.
* Minimum 3 years' experience.
* A Bachelor's degree is Highly Preferred.
