JOB DESCRIPTIONManaging site asset
Should have experience in MAC and Win 7 64-bit
Handle customer issue
Experience in customer relationship
The person should have customer handling skills with good customer satisfaction
Should have support handling experience in VIP users and Top executives
Maintain high customer & end user satisfaction
Coordinate with team and ensure ticket closure
Work with team and provide documentation/report
Owning the documentation process
Periodic follow-up with the team for any outstanding issues
Having knowledge of End User Computing/Desktop Support/SCCM
Good knowledge of Windows OS and should have worked on similar projects
Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
Ability to solicit and convey moderately complex information and make recommendations
Should have ITIL Awareness
Windows XP,Vista,7Knowledge is required
Proficient in windows Desktop Operating Systems administration
Excellent trouble- solving skills on Windows operating systems, desktop applications and LAN trouble-solving
Remote system administration.
Expertise in installing, configuring and trouble- solving printer and print related issues.
Knowledge on antivirus client software trouble- solving
Exposure to server hardware & connections
Knowledge of Active Directory would be added advantage
Knowledge of tape backup systems
Good rapport with customer, team members and stake holders
