span Desktop Support Specialist Job in Greensboro, NC br   br This role is for a Desktop Support Specialist who will be part of an elite team responsible for desktop, mobile, and remote work support services for the enterprise. This individual must have a solid technical foundation, with a strong desire to learn. This individual must be a self-starter, with strong customer service skills. br   br • Provide hands-on system administration support of Windows desktops, laptops, WYSE devices, and Iphones. br • Technician will understand Windows 10, Edge, and O365 support, as well as Mac and Apple solutions and support. br • Coordinate service/support needs with executive staff, sales staff and remote workers across the US. by investigating solutions with support engineers, application support engineers, vendors and the Infrastructure Teams through effective partnership, collaboration and communication. br • The candidate must be willing to accommodate weekend, week night, or on-call schedules when necessary. br • Team duties include performing the basic day-to-day 24/7 system administration tasks, troubleshooting day to day issues, performing hardware upgrades, evaluating and installing new products, and resolving software-related problems associated with Windows. br • Ensure all process, software, and installation documentation is current and constantly look for ways to improve those processes. br • Have a willingness to be actively involved in projects as a resource, researcher, solution provider and implementation coordinator. br • Work well under pressure, unexpected circumstances and in fast-paced environment. Have the ability to project plan, set your own bar, and hit deadline dates. br • Have the maturity and desire to do IT work as a career, by being a self-learner, setting your own bar, and creating your own path to promotion within the organization.
