REQUIRED:

* Technical Support Rep for a small Call Center-type environment
* Prior experience in providing phone support of SW products - MUST
* Should be technically savvy and have exceptional customer service skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required

The resource in this position will be providing end-user technical support for proprietary software packages that are being rolled out to various State Government Agencies & Public Health Programs (primarily the WIC Program).
