FOSTER COLLABORATION BY
Establishing & maintaining an open dialogue with counterparts in different business units regarding Application Integration, CICD, Data and Systems topics.
Establishing & maintaining healthy working relationships with the IT Infrastructure Operations and User Support teams, as well as with colleagues in the Enterprise Solutions, Media House and Project Management groups.
Establishing & growing healthy, robust working relationships with global HQ s relevant Subject Matter Experts (Austria).
PROMOTE COMMUNICATION THROUGH
Establishing, developing and improving the maturity of Red Bull s automation, DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities in the United States and globally.
Transitioning & supporting new AI, CICD, Data and Systems solutions to our Enterprise Solutions, IT Infrastructure Operations and User Support teams.
Advocating for, and contributing to, the definition of standard automation, DevOps and infrastructure-as-code solutions through coordination with our Subject Matter Experts.
As a technical resource on automation, DevOps and infrastructure-as-code initiatives within physical & virtual teams.
As an AI, CICD, Data and/or Systems SME in locally-managed cross discipline projects.
As an AI, CICD, Data and/or Systems escalation point in our request, incident, problem & change management processes.
As a technical resource across physical & virtual teams.
As a contributor & stakeholder in globally-led network services initiatives.
As a Service Owner in locally-operated services (where required).
Active & ongoing awareness and use of AI, CICD, Data and Systems Services standard solutions.
Continuous adoption & training on best practice use of automation, DevOps and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
Continuous enhancement & improvement of automation, DevOps and infrastructure-as-code solutions in Red Bull North America and related business units.
YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
(PROVEN PERFORMANCE IN)
* 5+ years experience building & operating technology infrastructure in a fast-paced, and dynamic global environment * Excellent Windows Server and Linux understanding (i.e. systems administration & engineering expertise) * Extensive experience with developing automated deployment & test scripts * Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platforms (AWS, Azure), on-premise platforms (VMware) and systems architecture * Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies * Strong understanding of Logging technologies * Strong understanding of Monitoring technologies * Proficient with software development & deployment tools * Proficient in scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Ruby and Unix shell) * Proficient with configuration management tools * Reasonable knowledge of API design such as RESTful API, XML APIs, SOAP, etc. * Strong communication skills with a proven ability to communicate on all levels of the organization * Proven track-record of delivering value through complex, mission-critical projects * Must be a creative thinker and innovator, who can easily adapt to change
Bachelor s degree in a related discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Science), masters a plus
Fluent in English (verbal and written), additional language skills (German) an advantage
