Job Description

Dialer Operations Manager

The Dialer Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a group of dialer administrators. This person will have a minimum of 5 years dialer experience (regardless of dialer system). Noble dialer experience is preferable to be a minimum of 1 year. Their key responsibilities will be as follows:



Key Activities/Responsibilities:

1. Supervise dialer administrators

2. Create and optimize outbound dialer campaigns (including any ad hoc campaigns) to meet business goals and objectives

- Have experience in managing and optimizing blend campaign management.

3. Monitor dialer campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness

4. Create dialer profiles for new employees

5. Assist, and participate in the training of collections supervisors and managers on call monitoring/recording software, dialer performance management, and quality reviews

6. Work closely with key management groups to provide recommendations of treatment effectiveness and contact management strategies as it relates to dialer management.

7. Communicate with executives regarding delinquency status, current treatment plans, and future changes/enhancements

8. Lead new dialer implementations for the client (as needed)



ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

1. 3+ years collections or recovery experience; will accept call center, telemarketing, customer service experience in lieu of collections.

2. 5+ years of Predictive Dialer, preferably Noble Systems

3. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, Internet, and E mail

4. Analytical and problem solving skills

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; presenting data to senior management

6. 2+ years of management/team leadership skills

NONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED



Understanding of Business Intelligence Tool preferably Business Objects



EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

1. High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of relevant work experience
