Job Description
PURPOSE OF THIS JOB
Support regional implementation of digital media strategy and related activities. Drive local digital programs to increase customer interactivity and generate sales. Provide partnership and support to BU sales and marketing teams. Set standards for business unit teammates in usage of digital media (including social media) and activation of Red Bull's digital assets.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES
- Execute Red Bull Media House (RBMH) Digital Strategy within the Business Unit
- Integrate digital capabilities into local marketing, retail and sales activities.
- Partner with HQ team to execute national digital campaigns on a regional level
- Support regional sales team by adding digital elements to account relationships
- Work with national and regional retail marketing teams to execute digital elements of local retail campaigns
- Lead execution of RBMH campaigns within the business unit- Organizational Effectiveness
- Although reporting to the HQ digital team, must serve as a trusted and fully integrated member of the business unit
- Actively participate in BU business planning and execution
- Meet HQ and local digital performance goals- Planning and Organizing
- Effectively manage time to ensure all deadlines are met
- Prioritize tasks to balance urgent items with pro-active activities that drive results
- Flawlessly manage programs and projects so that events, communication, etc. enhance the RBMH brand - Innovation
- Be aware of emerging digital trends, products, and technologies for application within RBMH programs
- Deploy new digital platforms within local campaigns and test for national scalability
KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES (WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE)
- Fosters effective collaboration between HQ and BUsDrive the RBMH brand with all external partnersMeasure and increase consumer participation via interactive platforms
- Drive local sales in conjunction with BU sales goals
- Coach BU stakeholders on the best use of digital tools and platforms, e.g. Twitter, Facebook, etc
- Provide quantitative campaign outcome data to inform future campaign planning and optimization
- Ensure satisfaction with BU leadership on digital programs
- Flawless planning, project management and follow-through; all deadlines met
- Live and represent the Red Bull Brand
