Online Support User Experience team is seeking an experienced and detail oriented Digital Asset Management Specialist able to manage portions of our Image Production workflow in support of rich online experiences for customers around the world. The ideal candidate should know how to organize and curate digital assets with high attention to detail and be open to collaborating with designers, engineers, business stakeholders, and end users. To succeed in this role, you will need to draw on your DAM experience, technical knowledge, product knowledge, organizational skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, common sense, and sense of humor. You will join a team who is fully committed to excellence and satisfying the demands of a global customer base.

As the Digital Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for upload and curation of visual assets for web and web app experiences.

Requirements include:
? 2-5 years experience supporting, operating and/or administering a digital asset management process and platform, preferably AEM, for a large-scale, high-volume, consumer-facing web app or web experience.

? 1-3 years experience working with development ticketing and workflow management systems such as Jira.

? 2-5 years working on a web production team within an agency or corporate environment.

? Degree or certification in computer science, digital media, web design/production or related field.

? Experience with Photoshop and other digital production tools

? Excellent verbal and written business and technical communication skills.

? Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime to align with the demands of a workload which will spike several times throughout the year.

? Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Highly Desired:

Prior experience with image production, digital asset management and publishing content for web
Basic knowledge of HTML, JS, CSS; ability to read HTML source as it relates to image sizes and attributes within a web page.
