Digital Business Design Lead


The IoT Business Design group provides capabilities to incubate digital services at Schneider Electric. Through an extensive customer interaction approach from ideation phase to offer launch at scale, our team helps Schneider Electric Businesses to focus on customer value proposition and challenge existing business models.

The Digital Business Design Lead is responsible to develop and scale digital business at Schneider Electric within Digital Clusters activities together with its leaders and ExCom sponsors. This role provides essential insights to Digital Clusters executives and Digital Acceleration Board supporting with prioritization of digital initiatives and overall optimization of Schneider Electric digital offer portfolio. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational habits, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information to seek alignment and buy-in.
Key responsibilities:

* Responsible for defining market perimeter and scope for digital offer creation ideation cycle including value chain analysis, market segmentation and customer journey with Schneider Electric
* Lead key deliverables throughout the initial phases of digital offer creation lifecycle including: customer value proposition, business model, prototype and offer demonstrator, operating model with Line of Business and countries and go to market strategy
* Work with Digital Clusters executives to set priorities within the cluster, align on Schneider Electric IoT strategy, promote collaboration and best practices within the cluster as well as cross clusters
* Collaborate with the Digital Services Factory program team to provide insights on the offer development and support prioritization for the Digital Acceleration Board
* Collaborate with other teams within Digital Services Factory such as Analytics, Digital Services Platform, Pervasive Sensing, Embedded Control Platforms to ensure end to end support to Line of Businesses
* Lead key IoT Strategic topics and ad-hoc projects, for instance: start-up screening, pricing strategy, services country operating model, IoT strategy board presentations, industry analyst and government engagement

Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree is required
* Advanced Degree preferred
* Ability to work on a fast moving and evolving organization
* Ability to work independently and lead work streams of larger projects and manage multiple stakeholders
* Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
* Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature and executive judgment
