JOB TITLE: Digital Client Partner


* Develop and pursue sales dialogues at CMO/CDO level using a consultative selling approach in our gold & platinum customers
* Drive conversations with customers & help build the downstream business
* Responsible for client contacts, RFP responses as well as proactive proposals to progress the transformation
* Proactively work with clients to understand their current need for digital transformation initiatives and align them to the appropriate Company Digital research and expertise in the CMO domain
* Collaborate with a cross functional team to scope digital offerings for clients
* Build relationships with existing clients to scope business opportunities for Company Digital
* Drive conversion rates and sales closures


Minimum 12-15 years of experience split across consulting, business development/account management and preferably digital engagement in the IT industry

Ample experience of working in the US/with US clients

Experienced at handling C-level engagements and demonstrated examples of solution selling in the CMO space

Excellent verbal and written communication skills(Organize, collate and communicate information clearly)

Worked with Big 4 or Deloitte / TCS / Cognizant / Wipro Digital

Excellent understanding of digital led business transformation

Ability to work independently to meet individual performance goals

Proven ability to build relationships in professional environment

Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure

Work with globally co-located teams
