EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree three to five (3-5) years of analytic experience with a focus in digital, digital advertising, and/or healthcare metrics.
1.Analysis of onsite experience to ensure optimization of head keywords down to long-tail keywords for online search.
2.Monitor and analysis of multi-channel campaigns that may include social media, PPC, display, and partnerships.
3.Setting and tracking of online KPI's and goals including scheduled and ad hoc reporting on those KPI's.
4.Custom reporting of internal data stored in a MS SQL Server and dynamic pivot tables.
**Other Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.
This position would primarily be a combined Onsite SEO and Marketing Data Analyst.
The Key metrics of this position include performing the data analysis and recommendations for SEO needs within our online properties as well as overall data analysis. UT Southwestern has a growing need to make sure we are targeting the right audiences with our marketing as well as better measure the impact of our campaigns by routinely updating service line strategic marketing plans and interacting with key tools including marketing automation and CRM platforms. We have a tremendous amount of data in our enterprise data warehouses as well as other disparate databases.
This position will be able to connect the data points and provide the analysis that better help us connect with the right audiences as well as measure those key metrics and allow us to pivot more intelligently when necessary as well as gain key insights from the data.
- High level of proficiency in Excel including pivot tables
- Familiar with normalizing and analyzing data from multiple disparate systems.
