What Youll Do:
If you love marketing, data and all things digital, we want to talk to you! The ideal Digital Marketing Specialist will be part strategist, part researcher/analyst, part technology application guru, and completely diligent in executing well laid plans. You understand the nuances of each digital channel and utilize each one to convey the brand message and reach the targeted audience.

In this position, collaboration is the name of the game. We use digital across everything we do in marketing. Youll work closely with everyone in marketing, plus sales and marketing leadership to formulate strategies for marketing campaigns, events, content, and PR.

Youll help develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels with a focus on lead generation and lead nurturing. Your expertise in data segmentation and marketing automation will influence various digital tactics and marketing campaigns, for which youll be responsible. Tactics include email, website/landing page, SEO/SEM and social media. Finally, youll build marketing dashboards and reports to measure the effectiveness of specific channels and tactics, marketing influence and campaign/content performance - using the findings to make recommendations and optimize our efforts.

Responsibilities include:

Utilizing digital marketing tactics to generate new leads, nurturing existing leads, creating upselling opportunities and increasing brand awareness
Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns
Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
Building data-driven user personas and align with appropriate drip campaigns
Creating landing pages and optimizing user experience
Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels, devices and customer touch points
BS/MS degree in marketing or BA/MA in a related field
5-7 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Deep knowledge of automation tools such as Marketo/HubSpot/Pardot
o Ability to leverage automation tools to create drip campaigns based on user personas
o Knowledge of lead-scoring methodologies Keen understanding of Salesforce, including:
o Reporting
o Dashboards
o Marketo/database integration Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Experience in managing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
