They provide a mobile-first candidate network where hourly and on-demand workers can maintain their employment profile, get verified, engage in training and assessments, explore potential career paths, and get matched to hourly jobs and on-demand gigs.
The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for the development and management of effective digital strategy and direct response focused media buying.
* Creation of digital ad campaigns across display, mobile, social, search, video, and emerging media from ideation to execution
* Analytics & reporting of campaign performance
* Work with other marketing team members to implement a cohesive and integrated strategy
* Educate & inform other marketing team members on latest industry trends, practices and strategies
* Ability to optimize campaigns to meet CPA goals.
TO LAND THIS GIG YOU'LL NEED
* Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a DIRECT RESPONSE / PERFORMANCE FOCUSED Content Marketer, Display Marketing Specialist, Paid Search Specialist, or similar role in Digital Marketing / SEM / PPC.
* Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, lookups). Able to work with large data sets quickly, accurately and efficiently.
* Experience with analytics tools required (including Google Analytics)
* Experience with split testing is a plus
* Copywriting experience is a plus
* Mobile experience is a plus (Mobile App Tracking (HasOffers), Appsflyer)
* Certification in Google AdWords is a plus
* Experience with Programmatic and/or Native media platforms is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
