Dining Room Supervisor (Immigrant Room) - Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Then the position of Dining Room Supervisor at the Immigrant Room is for you!



As the Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching all service coordinators and staff while maintaining consistent quality of food product and delivery, scheduling staff as required by service standards, interviewing and hiring of new associates, ensuring appropriate inventory is maintained in all areas, and ensuring financial targets for sales, profit, and expenses are met.



Skills/Requirements





Minimum Associates Degree preferred



* Should have at least 3-5 years experience in a hospitality environment



* Food Manager certification required or completion of this certificate within six months of employment
