Job profile:
Responsible for acquiring bookings across all channels within assigned territory
Coordinates all aspects of go to market execution to drive growth and increase market penetration

Responsibilities:

* Create and manage the territory operational plan that drives over achievement of business goals aligned to the agreed Norton Strategy in cooperation with others

* Exceed bookings & margin targets

* Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partner led business activities within areas of responsibility

* Deliver timely & Accurate forecasting for all partner led sales in their territory and provide insights on all channels

* Execute account planning reviews and partner business reviews

* Achievement of business goals by establishing working relationships (external and internal)

* Provide customer relationship management and escalation process / management

* Drive initiatives which result in improvement in customer satisfaction

* Implement best practice policies, process and tools to drive results ( cross-functional / geography)

Skills:

* Proven leadership skills, with effective performance management skills

* Previous experience managing/leading a successful territory

* Demonstrated experience turning strategy into reality

* Strong relationship management experience at executive level

* Track record in driving sales to meet and exceed targets

* Excellent communication skills

* Established coaching/mentoring skills Proven influence skills that deliver results

* Portuguese/Spanish required

* Experience in the Latin America markets

Education:

* Bachelor s degree

* MBA preferred
