li Bachelor degree preferred in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Services, Logistics, Engineering /li li 6+ years of progressive and successful planning/scheduling experience, preferably for a manufacturing company over multiples locations /li li Ability to lead, manage, influence and coach often working with offsite/remote team members /li li Detail oriented with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, complexity and work within a fast paced, dynamic environment /li li Extremely proactive and forward thinking with exceptional analytical skills and ability to identify issues and proactively plan to satisfy requirements /li li Proficient with planning systems and solid understanding of how planning parameters impact system recommendations. /li li Demonstrate a high level of accountability and ownership of a quality processes and /li li Plans /li li Proficient with Microsoft applications – strong understanding of excel Ability to work independently and to interact effectively with all levels of the organization /li li Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, demand, and replenishment processes APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred /li li Supervisory experience must /li li SAP experience a must /li /ul
B   /B br B PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: /B br ul
li Create Long Range Master Production Schedule and procurement plan based on history, seasonality and sales opportunities at all Plants & Tolling Operations /li li In conjunction with Procurement & Production Planners, analyze component/raw material supply and address vendor constraints and to determine the appropriate levels of safety stock for raw materials & components to minimize lead times. /li li Create a rolling 3-month Master Production Schedule. /li li Utilize the production capacity, taking into consideration, the sales forecast, historical sales, and new business opportunities. /li li Analyze and identify risks associated with the options built into the Master Production /li li Schedule, including manufacturing lead times /li li Perform supply demand analysis each quarter, highlighting areas of concern for the next /li li 12-18 months /li li Monitor actual output versus the Master Production Plan. /li li Identify gaps and drive solutions, including a metric for production performance to the requested productio
