Direct Marketing Manager

The Direct Marketing Manager is responsible for the management and strategic growth of new business/revenue across all segments through the development and implementation of direct marketing and digital channel strategies. Must be results-oriented with proven track record in driving new client acquisition and cross-selling with the ability to track and articulate results.

* Bachelor's degree required.

* Minimum 10 years of marketing experience required.

* Minimum 8 years of Direct Marketing experience required.
-- Experience in the Financial Services industry strongly preferred within a multi-segment structure. (Core products:
Commercial, Private Client and Business Trust and Investment)
-- Demonstrated experience/success in direct mail, email, phone, fulfillment, mobile and database marketing experience.
-- Exceptional writing, copy-writing, copy-editing skills.
-- Strong understanding of compliance, legal and regulatory requirements impacting direct marketing.
-- Strong vendor contacts and resource list.
-- Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate and lead direct reports and teams.
-- Demonstrated ability to work closely with executive management.
-- Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
-- Demonstrated creative problem-solving capabilities.
-- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
-- Proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritizing projects.
-- Excellent time management skills and be accustomed to working with deadlines.
