Along with the System Director, Access Center, the Director, Access Center develops and builds out the infrastructure for go live and future state of the Access Center to allow a positive customer experience with smooth entry into the system. Directly responsible for the planning, developing and executing all physician and patient services surrounding the Access Center. Primarily focused on, but not limited to, creating a robust service level model to support physician and patient access to Norton Healthcare resources. Directs, manages and leads the physician and patient functional portal strategies related to Access Center technologies. Partners with Norton Healthcare departments to ensure there is a strong collaboration to meet departmental / service-line goals and strategies. Responsible for managing an outsourcing contract with service level arrangements to include maintaining appropriate documentation and periodical reports. Serves as a liaison between physicians, physician office staff, referring hospitals, enterprise departments and vendors. Responsible for quality assurance review.



Three years management in a healthcare setting

Bachelor Degree



Three years management in patient access, clinical operations or call center
