Director/ Associate Director, Global Strategic Marketing

This Director / Associate Director, Global Strategic Marketing role requires analytical skills, strategic thinking ability, experience with drug development, ability to work independently, and high proficiency with excel and databases. br br Major Duties and Responsibilities: br br Strategic thinking- br o Lead various projects that require analytical rigor and be able to make strategic recommendations based on analysis. br o Assess new commercial opportunities and strategic fit of assets br o Develop Target Product Profiles, competitive intelligence, market analysis br br * Analytics br o Use commercial landscapes and market analysis to assess value of pre-clinical, phase 1 and phase 2 products br o Build/ update product forecasts and cash flows for clinical stage products and Business Development projects; collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders to build P&L models br o Support strategic analysis and planning activities br br * Experience with drug development. Be able to represent commercial needs on Product Development Teams br * Problem solving--demonstrated ability to put structure and methodology to solve complex problems or questions br * Collaborative- Be able to work cross-functionally and understand the R&D, clinical, Business Development, and regulatory processes br * Influence cross-functional teams to ensure that product development plans optimize value of product br * Coordinate with Market Research regarding primary and secondary research to obtain desired market insight br * Strong communication skills, both oral and written br br ~BSP
