Director of Banquet Services is responsible for: directing the Assistant Banquet Managers, Captains, servers and set-up department in the day-to-day operations of the Banquet Department; management of the department; maintaining quality standards; and anticipating and fulfilling the expectations of our guests as outlined in the BEOs. Requirements include: a degree in food service or related field; a minimum of two years supervisory experience in Food & Beverage Management; strong organizational skills; problem solving; effective employeeguest relations; ability to read, write and fluently communicate in English; successful completion of TIPS training; display a professional image, representative of the property; ability to work a flexible schedule to include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays; physical requirements include considerable amount of walking, standing, reaching and lifting, and the ability to lift up to forty pounds.
