FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES OF FINANCIAL SERVICES PRODUCTS AT FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY IN MANHATTAN

PAYING $150K + BONUS

TITLE: Director

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to Managing Director on the Sales Team

DEPARTMENT: Sales

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Product Sales - Work within the Business Development team to source, target and qualify prospective clients
* Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
* Effectively marshal and utilize human and technological resources within the company to achieve sales success
* Collaborate with the Management team and General Counsel for deal review and contract negotiation
* Client Management - Coordinate new client onboarding process with the Relationship Management, Reclaim Services, and Client Services teams to ensure seamless transition
* Represent the company at relevant industry group seminars, conferences and networking functions
* Travel expectation - 20-30%

Qualifications and Experience

* A minimum of ten years of experience in financial services product sales and relationship management in the brokerage/clearing community and/or at an accounting firm
* Strong relationships in financial services industry including back and middle office, asset servicing and funds industry. Contacts at DTC Participant financial institutions a plus.
* A strong understanding of income processing, asset servicing and corporate actions
* Ability to readily grasp new concepts and approaches, particularly the process flows and intricacies of tax reclamation as well as the extension of its principles into other applications
* A proven record of sales and business development
* Strong public speaking, presentation and writing skills
* Maturity and the ability to be discrete in an environment highly sensitive to the protection of client data and proprietary business processes
* Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work collaboratively with minimal supervision
* Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
* Bachelor's degree and EITHER: relevant experience, MBA or FINRA license
