Director of Business Development, Full Time Day

Key role to assist the senior leadership team in developing and growing business. Member of senior management reporting to CEO and responsible for improving the facilitys market position by achieving financial growth objectives. Expected to develop, implement and monitor strategic initiatives. Proactively analyze and produce financial and market data. Must be able to work collaboratively with all facility leadership on a variety of projects. Possess strong leadership capabilities, self-motivation, outstanding ability to sell and strong writing and presentation skills. Requirements Experience Required: -Minimum of 5-10 years related experience. -Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, proven revenue generation, computer software application knowledge along with strategy and management experience. -Demonstrated leadership, management, facilitation and networking skills. -Ability to make prompt and effective decisions. -Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage priorities and utilize time effectively. -Demonstrated competence in written, oral and electronic communications skills. Education Required: -Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
