Job Description
CCI is currently seeking a Director of Career Services in Arlington, VA / Silver Spring, MD / Tysons Corner, VA.� The DOCS is vital to ensuring that we deliver on the commitment to our students, placing them in their chosen career fields or a related field.� Exceptional leadership within the Career Services team is absolutely essential to achieving a successful placement rate that meets or exceeds accreditation standards. As the Director of Career Services, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our students, graduates, externs, and business partners, and fostering an environment of teamwork among all staff members. You must be a doer, a team player, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. In this role, you will collaborate with the Education/Academic Department and will build partnerships as necessary to provide the outcomes our students deserve. Most importantly, you will use your superior leadership, organization skills, talents, and abilities to make a difference in the lives of many.

Responsibilities
�
-Serve as a coach, mentor, and manager to staff members
-Structure team roles and flexibly redeploy resources as business needs evolve
-Manage internal and external conflict and change
-Ensure collaboration with other campus departments
-Track all metrics related to placement and employer account development/maintenance
-Oversee special events, including PACS, career fairs, graduation, etc.
-Operate as Career Services Representative or Employer Relationship Developer in priority or difficult situations (conflict resolution)

Requirements:

-Bachelor�� s degree required
-Strong leadership skills ��" 3+ Years of Experience
-Experience managing process, operations, and a team
