Description:

This individual will be responsible for & has the ownership of the direct relationship with key National & multi Regional Strategic wholesale channel partners for the US Services Organization. They will be accountable for implementation, planning and execution of strategies and tactics to profitably grow the assigned accounts. Additionally, this person will develop the channel sales team to create and identify new sales opportunities by training in the classroom and following up with joint calls. This position will set the strategy to assist the channel to pursue sales leads and addresses the needs of distributors in the focused geography.



Key Responsibilities:

*

Develop & drive implementation of corporate business / strategic plans, that results in significant year over year growth
*

Establish KPIs & Performance metrics via a throughout understanding of the financial and market information impacting the performance of our key channel partners
*

Communicate plans to stakeholders to assure business plan implementation at a national & local level
*

Manage regularly scheduled reviews to drive accountability of key stakeholders for plan execution
*

Develop & maintain C-Level relationships with assigned accounts
*

Assures effective integration of Schneider executive management within assigned account
*

Ensure full utilization of bFO to show activity for your assigned accounts. Accurately display pipeline, opportunities and 120-day forecast by Partner. Responsible to deliver and own the Channel Partner forecast commitments.

Provides leadership within the Channel Management organization, cross business unit sales and business development of specific offers
*

Manage the complex matrix of business partners & sales organizations interfacing with assigned account
*

Actively manage domestic aspects of Schneider Global channel partners
*

Drive a balanced profitable growth portfolio across the accounts business

Qualification:

Education: Bachelors Degree required

Experience: 10 years in sales and/or marketing. Previous strategic account management and/or direct management of employees experience preferred. C-Level experience preferred.

Knowledge, Abilities and Skill: Thorough knowledge of electrical industry commercial practices and operating processes a plus. Specific knowledge of one or more industry channels, products, services and solutions. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Professional oral and written communication skills. Capable of Financial and Market Analysis and Reporting & experience with the Wholesale Channel

Tools: Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
