GENERAL SUMMARY: Directs all activities to help drive Online business among Shop Your Way members. Develops, implements and manages innovative programs to encourage Shop Your Way members to transact online including the Shop Your Way Max Free 2-day shipping program. Responsible for meeting financial plans & expectations. Works with other business units to improve business performance and insure that the business goals are supporting enterprise goals and strategies.

Responsible for developing member benefits, sales program and marketing programs to drive members to spend incremental dollars with the Online business unit. Works with the respective marketing managers, merchants, and Online stakeholders to optimize financial returns on all expenditures. Expected to meet or exceed revenue targets while staying within planned spending limits. Manage the online budget as a portfolio providing maximum profitability.

Play key role in monitoring, evaluating, and improving business operations and performance of their business to ensure success for the entire Online business unitJOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Direct all activities within the SYW business focused to grow Online revenue and profit, including the Shop Your Way Max program.
* Insure coordination among stakeholders to constantly improve business performance
* Lead business planning to maintain synergy with Online business objectives
* Leverage ongoing Online initiatives when applicable to their business
* Regularly provide timely reporting on business performance and to the VP/SVP SYW
* Review financial returns of all marketing initiatives to insure money is directed to those channels providing the best financial return
* Constantly push to improve profit dollars generated by each marketing and sales channel
* Take the lead in driving weekly business reviews and performance for their business and link to Online business unit performance
* Review and monitor complete business operations to support the Online business unit's goal of achieving business objectives
* Develop a high performance team by selecting, training, coaching and developing effective leaders, staff and vendor relationships.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Education/Training
* BA/BS in Business, e-Commerce or Marketing or its equivalent experience, is required; MBA preferred.
Experience
* Search and/or online marketing experience a plus
* Experience driving marketing programs from concept to implementation
* Traditional and direct marketing experience
* General business experience with P&L ownership
* Experience managing multiple resources and teams
* Knowledge and experience within online businesses and operations
