Since its creation, EdAssist, a unique software-based service that helps organizations take a more strategic approach to their tuition assistance management, has met aggressive business and growth goals while continuing to be a fun and challenging place to work. We are constantly being recognized by our customers for our exceptional service and innovation we provide. The focus of the DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES is to build new relationships and prospects in the higher-ed industry that would result in new EdAssist commitments. In other words we need a strong sales professional to grow our EdAssist client base.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

* Ensuring the optimum development of new employer-sponsored contracts to support the company s expansion objectives
* Proactively identifying and contacting prospects
* Assessing, writing and presenting proposals
* Developing and analyzing proformas, budgets and sliding fee scales
* Responding to client and potential client requests
* Attending, exhibiting and presenting at higher education conferences
* Working closely with operations and finance to ensure smooth implementation
* Assist with the development of new programs in other territories as appropriate
* Assessing sites

WHAT WE HOPE YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

* BA degree with four or more years of sales experience
* Higher Education market experience is required
* Strong analytical and sales skills
* Strong outbound prospecting skills
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
* Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
* Ability to communicate the values and mission of the organization and full range of services we offer in early childhood education and work/life solutions
