Go to leadership for the cross-functional team of Product, Technology, Engineering, Test, Operations, Documentation, Training, Support, Sales and, Marketing departments to coordinate and communicate all cloud product releases.
Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent teams from delivering on program objectives.
Drive a regular, coordinated, and impactful software release schedule. Manage the product development lifecycle, including coordination of cross-functional milestones tied to each phase, and facilitate review meetings with stakeholders.
Be a communications catalyst. Create a collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation and learning and that relentlessly drives for clarity to keep teams moving forward.
Optimize our processes. Monitor and resolve end-to-end process issues, promote continuous improvement across the teams and focus on using software tools and automation to replace repeatable, operational tasks.
Provide "go to" leadership, transparency and visibility to the entire Cloud Products organization.
10+ years of strong technical program management experience.
6+ years of solution management experience for infrastructure, software, or online services (SaaS experience)
Scrum and agile development experience
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike.
