The Director of Consumer Communications will be responsible for structuring, managing and prioritizing a wide range of analytical and contact management activities, tasks and priorities across all business units. This position will take a strategic and service oriented approach to working with the management of each business unit to define, recommend and resource their specific analytical and contact management needs and priorities. The Director of Consumer Communications will be will be tasked with providing day-to-day direction and oversight, managing work quality and standards, training and development as well as effectively structuring the work load for the Consumer Communications team. This position will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables for his/her team are effectively structured, executed, and delivered.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERENCES

MA/MS/BS/BA Degree in Business Management, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field, with MA/MS Degree preferred
Minimum of Seven (7) years management experience

Minimum of Seven (7) years leading or performing complex analyses (statistical, business, data, operational, or financial)
Experience in predictive dialer administration and management preferred.
Experience in evaluating, selecting, implementing, and utilizing technology applications preferred.
Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring effective consumer communication strategies preferred, particularly experience in skiptrace, letter, and web interface strategies.
Knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
Advanced experience in Microsoft Products such as Excel, Access and PowerPoint required. Experience with Visio preferred.
Knowledge and experience with report writing tools, particularly SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), preferred.
Knowledge and experience with statistical software products, particularly SAS, preferred.
Experience in leading and/or developing business models.
Excellent written, oral and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in complex, fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to use advanced quantitative analytical methods to solve business problems.
Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives and this position's role in accomplishing these goals and objectives.
Able to demonstrate leadership qualities in the face of adversity, builds and fosters team environment regardless of organizational lines.
Ability to work with customers and end-users, understand their business objectives, effectively manage expectations, and deliver high-quality analyses that provide actionable recommendations.
High level understanding of software design concepts.
Ability to develop sound business case through cost/benefit analysis or applicable method.
Excellent at establishing priorities, providing guidance, and structuring the work load for self and assigned team.
