Based at our Greenwood Village Home Office, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and overseeing all technology products, platforms and data to support marketing efforts including developing and overseeing the guest journey in the digital space and integrating this journey with the guests in-restaurant experience. You will demonstrate a strong sense of initiative in seeking out new ways to leverage digital as an effective marketing tool to help drive business in a competitive marketplace and work closely with cross-functional disciplines to implement marketing initiatives. Duties Include Lead the strategy for all digital marketing and marketing automation technologies. Monitor and ensure successful execution of existing and future technology platforms. Lead the strategic development and execution of the digital marketing calendar and guest journey, designed to support and elevate Red Robins online brand presence and engagement with guests across all digital platforms. Provide oversight to Red Robin social platforms, including calendar strategy and message development. Refine a community management approach that engages our audiences/fans and partner with Guest Relations to monitor interactions. Lead the strategy of Social Care with the current Guest Relations function to ensure Guest engagement, recovery and insight Lead the strategy for the email marketing program and drive optimization that will create efficiencies and deliver greater impact through an enhanced guest journey. Develop and lead the mobile database marketing strategy and deploy a mobile-first approach to all campaigns Lead the acquisition and segmentation strategy for Red Robins loyalty program, identifying strategic partnerships and programs to retain Guests and drive incremental sales. Continuously evaluate opportunities to enhance the value proposition of the loyalty program, including both hard and soft benefits, and manage the implementation of new program benefits. Keep abreast of loyalty program best practices and act as the subject matter expert. Ensure successful integrations with CRM, lead tracking, and e-commerce platforms. Lead the strategy and ongoing management of Red Robins new website on the Adobe AEM platform and the Digital Asset Management platform. Partner with digital & web team members to track site performance and prepare recommendations and updates with goal of optimizing user experience and conversion. Partner with IT to drive implementation and ongoing management of digital asset and content management systems. Oversee and lead Red Robins SEO and SEM strategies, ensuring optimization of content and key words to enhance search results and drive traffic to the Red Robin website. Oversee and lead the processes for menu and location data management and the integration of that data into marketing automation technologies. Responsible for achievement of digital marketing goals and financial objectives; ensure evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the VP of Marketing Work with internal Business Intelligence team to monitor performance and impact of all programs to maximize effectiveness and optimize where needed. Oversee marketing budget measured against the Annual Operating Plan and track ROI for marketing programs and to ensure business targets are met. Responsible for the development of the Brand Manager of Royalty, Brand Manager of Digital and Brand Manager of Menu & Location Data Leads a team of 6 FTEs, one contractor and one intern. Requirements: BA / BS Degree; MBA desirable 10+ years of digital marketing experience Previous experience working across Marketing and Sales to define and develop scalable business processes designed to drive revenue Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Highly motivated, collaborative, and a deep passion for success Demonstrable knowledge of marketing best practices Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and manage processes to improve program effectiveness Demonstrated ability to understand data and information and make or advise on changes based on that information Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong team player; comfortable working cross function Strong oral and written communication skills Passion for marketing metrics and process improvement Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment Proven track record of creating excellent marketing operations that enable predictability, scalability, and efficiency The ability to collaborate with others and build effective teams is essential.
