Job Description
Title: Director, Disability Business Measures Location: United States-New Jersey-Roseland Other Locations: Project and support our vision of one claimant, one process with the focus on return to work in the marketplace Serve as subject matter expert for absence and disability products and claim management processes Deliver presentations to clients and producers re: products/services/claim processes; via webinars, conference calls and other "on demand" presentations Facilitate site visits - Identify and secure appropriate resources for meeting, conduct pre-meeting evaluation to determine client and/or participant expectations and follow up with SAM after meeting for post meeting evaluation Serve as contact for SAM inquiries regarding contractual provisions, absence/disability claim management and administration, products and processes. Create and maintain absence and claim management materials to better serve our internal and external customers Serve as the project manager for programs that enhance the disability claim experience for clients and claimants Work closely with the client facing team to ensure that client and producer feedback, marketplace trends, emerging issues are appropriately reflected in new product development and Operations processes. Disability and/or FML product and process knowledge. Strong Presentation skills A sample oral presentation may be required Travel - up to Consultation skills - solutions selling; listening skills; reflective interaction skills Strong written and verbal presentation skills Strong "presence" skills; ability to speak with "authority" on disability and absence management (FMLA and company leaves, workforce management, HR issues, employee relations issues, union issues, staffing, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft officeIndustries: Financial Services Insurance Real Estate
