JOB SUMMARY:
This position reports to the Vice President Human Resources/Chief Administrative Officer and leads the Pocono Health System (PHS) human resources employee relations, recruitment and HRIS functions. This position provides vital guidance to the PHS team and exercises sound judgment while maintaining a high degree of leadership, confidentiality, and professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree; master s degree preferred.

Certification in human resources area of specialty (PHR, SPHR) preferred.

At least five (5) years experience in human resources management, three (3) years of which is preferred to have been in a responsible labor relations position.

Three (3) years of which must have been in a supervisory position; or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.

SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) preferred.
Full time Day shift
