Director of Finance

The Director of Finance is responsible for reporting and analysis of the financial results, including presentations to the company's Finance Committee. Also, this position will be doing forecasting, financial planning, and communicating with other financial workgroups. Job Duties:
* Develops and maintains effective relationships with key contacts at applicable regulatory agencies such as Centers for Medicare and Medicaid CMS and DOI
* Prepares monthly financial reports
* Prepares and develops quarterly and annual financial reports
* Prepares annual financial plan and monitors performance against plan
* Supports audit activities
* Responsible for daily cash management and preparing cash flow forecasts
* Oversees investment accounting function

Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
* Master's in Finance or Accounting a plus

Experience:
* 10 years of Experience in Finance and related fields
* Minimum of 5-7 years management experience is a requirement
* Experience in Managed Care is a requirement and Medicaid experience is a plus
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred!!
