Director of Food and Beverage

High Peaks Resort in Lake Placid, New York is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Director. We are a full-service, independent resort hotel located in the pristine Adirondack Park of northern New York State. We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing proven leader with the ability to build, motivate and train a food and beverage team that is passionate about guest service.

Responsibilities include leadership and oversight of all food and beverage outlets and banquet operations. The successful candidate will be able to analyze information and execute a plan for staffing and training, sales growth, cost management, and profit maximization. This person will work closely with our Executive Chef and Marketing Director to develop promotions and implement creative ideas that will drive revenue and growth. Our overall goal is to create an impeccable food and beverage atmosphere that will ensure the highest level of quality and service for our guests.
