Description:

Director of Food and Beverage directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage department in maintaining high standards of the operation in quality, service and merchandising to maximize profits. Extensive experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, stewarding, kitchen, sales, catering required; leadership and motivational skills essential; a high school diploma and a culinary background including sales and service also required; college degree in a related field preferred.

Experience in a 4-Star 4 Diamond hotel property and high-end restaurant steakhouse preferred.
