Job Description
Company: Baxter Regional Medical Center
Facility: Baxter Regional Medical Center at Mountain Home
Department: Hospice
Bachelor s degree required. Bachelor s degree in business or nursing preferred. Master s preferred. Minimum of 5 years management experience in hospice care. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide presentations to community groups, physicians, and hospital departments. Knowledge of quality assurance and improvement practice. Excellent business skills, organizational development, fundraising and donor relations are essential. Full time 24 Hour Responsibility
