The company is a publicly traded manufacturer of medical devices. This is a highly profitable division of the company with 200 personnel in a one plant operation. The role is responsible for planning and directing all aspects fo the division's human resource function to achieve the established goals and objectives of the business. Responsbile for day-to-day operation of the Human Resources Department, to include organizational development, change management, recruitment, benefits administration, employee training, compensation administration, and general employment issues. Serve as a key member of the leadership team and provide feedback, ideas and solutions, which will improve the company and build capabilities to enhance long-term strategic organizational performance. The position reports directly to the President, and supervises two personnel.
