Director, Inside Sales (Austin, TX)

Responsibilities:The primary role of the Director, Inside Sales is to manage a team of 5 Sr. Sales Managers in the day to day activities of the Inside Sales Organization. The Director is responsible for $140 million in sales and has oversight for 60 Inside Sales Representatives who handle accounts across multiple time zones. This person reports directly to the VP, Inside Sales. The Director will lead/manage a sales region including both quantitative and human resource goals. S/he will lead by defining clear objectives and effectively coaching the teams to optimal performance. S/he will be responsible for collaborating with numerous corporate, field and inside resources in order to grow the inside sales portfolio.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.)
