Director of Market Analysis and Research

We are currently recruiting for a Director of Market Analysis and Research for our client in Albany, NY. This is a direct hire permanent opportunity that offers a competitive salary, outstanding benefits package and bonus potential.
This is a leadership level position that will provide management to market research, market intelligence and competitive intelligence.
The Director will be responsible for educating the business senior management team regarding threats and opportunities that are present today and potentially in the future. This position will require heavy analysis on current trends, future opportunities, trying to predict future behavior and will include utilization all of the data the company has to help to grow the organization and help them remain competitive in their market.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree required, Master s degree preferred
Previous management/supervisory experience is required
A minimum of 7 years experience in market analysis or competitive intelligence
Healthcare, banking or financial services industry experience is preferred
Exceptional analytical skills, results-driven, inquisitive nature, strong decision making skills
