DIRECTOR OF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS creates integrated programs that help to raise West's presence on a national scale and supports the strategic growth goals of company Solutions in the healthcare space. We need a skilled marketing professional, preferably with experience managing B2B marketing groups in crafting and executing strategies for messaging, demand generation, content creation and sales enablement. We need a storyteller - a skilled communications professional who can drive cohesion across all content and messaging initiatives and create a compelling, market relevant story for both inbound and outbound programs.

The ideal candidate has experience and demonstrated success in managing B2B marketing organizations in executing programs that utilizing a broad mix of channels. Experience marketing technology solutions and/or healthcare solutions is preferred. Top-notch communication skills, a self-starter mentality, the capacity for both strategic thinking and tactical know-how, and the motivation to drive projects with a sense of urgency and thoughtfulness are absolute must-haves.



Create marketing communication strategies that effectively support corporate and solution-level messaging for programs and campaigns in a market-relevant manner.

Partner with Executive management, other business units and marketing staff to design and execute a comprehensive, integrated marketing communications plan.

Lead the strategic thinking, development, ideation and execution of best-in-class marketing strategies through various channels, including website, social media, tradeshows, events, thought leadership and public relations.

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the marketing team in support of the program, including marketing content, collateral and campaign execution.

Drive content creation for use in inbound and outbound-to-inbound strategies, including social, blog, website and other channels.

Drive strategy for industry and media exposure including press releases, award submissions, and speaking engagements.

Develop and manage comprehensive omni-channel marketing plans/budgets to program and corporate goals.

Monitor metrics to ensure optimized marketing ROI and progress against goals.

Establish messaging and communications frameworks for various audiences within our target market.




Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in journalism, graphic design, or related field is required.

Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.



Minimum five years experience required managing a company's communications operation (e.g., advertising campaigns, web promotions, sales collateral, speeches and presentations, white papers, press releases, etc.)

Minimum two years supervisory experience required



Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
