Job Description
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Dallas, TX
�
Position Purpose:
Under the guidelines of corporate goals, initiatives and policies, this position manages the planning, development and implementation of brand� strategies and marketing programs.� The purpose� of this position is twofold:� to maximize sales and profitability through lead generation (using both digital and traditional marketing initiatives) and to provide brand guidance and development to a network of franchised and branch offices.� �

Development:
-Guides end-to-end marketing and brand strategy development, making� adjustments to existing strategies based upon new learning and changes in the competitive environment.�
-Provides branding direction and develops and executes branded marketing programs.
-Develops marketing strategy, based on industry knowledge, copyright and branding issues, along with the input of corporate leadership in order to ensure initiatives� are correlated with corporate strategy.�
-Creates� annual marketing plan in support of the company�� s revenue goals and then develops and implements marketing programs that support� this plan�
-Create and administer the marketing budget and ad fund in order to support corporate and local marketing initiatives.�

Oversee:
-Evaluates and analyzes lead generation results against goals and adjusts tactics in real time to ensure goals are met.
-Oversees marketing program launches in conjunction with and outside vendors - advertising and PR.� �
-Guides� creation of the website content and editorial calendar to achieve maximum reach across different customer bases.� �
-Supervises the following three positions: Marketing Coordinator, Digital Relationship Management (Social Media) and Market Research/Web Content Manager
-Directs the� development of� collateral materials for use by the� offices, both internally and� through various vendors. � � �
-Develop and manage a marketing team that effectively designs and delivers marketing programs and initiatives.

Communicate:
-Communicates brand strategies to the Snelling network of franchised and branch offices. � �
-Coordinates website improvement initiatives with corporate IT in order to ensure that all corporate goals and initiatives are met.
-Stays abreast of industry trends� that can impact the Snelling Network
-Presents marketing programs and products to various training and industry events.�
Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE�
-Bachelor�� s Degree in Marketing or related discipline required�
-Masters of Business Administration or Marketing is a plus�
-2 years experience at director level or 5 years experience at marketing manager
-8� years of relevant managerial experience� at a small to mid-size professional services of B2B organization
-Experience with new media and Internet advertising
-Franchising and Staffing Industry experience a �� PLUS� � �

-Demonstrated ability to generate creative solutions�
-Knowledge of digital marketing and social media�
-Must maintain confidential information�
-Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Analytics) & Graphics (Adobe products) required�
