We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Director of National Sales, YP Deal of the Day in our San Francisco, Glendale or Sunnyvale, CA offices. The National Sales Director will provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions, as it relates to national YP Daily Deals and mobile advertising. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals. RESPONSIBILITIES - Make a high volume of sales calls to a variety of national businesses and agencies. - Manage your account list, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting opportunities to closing deals to achieve sales targets. - Educate and motivate your clients on the power of the YP Deal of the Day marketing platform and ATTi?s mobile ad network. - Ability to negotiate sophisticated and complex deal structures. - Willingness to travel for weekly client meetings.
Requirements:
� - 7 years of experience in outside sales in online media, working with National accounts. - Has established senior-level client relationships at Fortune 500 companies and agencies. - Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals - Strong, existing, client relationships with c-suite. Client direct and Agency. - Exhibit self-motivation, flexibility and adaptability to new situations. - Possess ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity to meet deadlines. - Strategically and creatively think in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organization, verbal, and written skills - Critical thinker who understands Daily Deals target audience and can make decisions on what businesses would run successfully. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to sell at C-Suite levels. - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. - Work requires professional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to motivate teams to produce quality deals within tight timeframes. - Capable of managing multiple priorities, with a sense of urgency. - Educate clients regarding the demographics, behaviors, needs, and opportunities associated with mobile users and devices - Formulate comprehensive yet integrated plans that leverage the unique strengths of mobile advertising on mobile devices - Monitor campaign performance, recommending optimization opportunities - In
