Director of Network Practice Operations

We seek a Director of Network Practice Operations to provide leadership, expertise and direction to the overall business, practice and operating units of a multisite, multispecialty physician network. This includes development of a cohesive strategic direction for individual operating units and revenue cycle management that supports the Integrated Delivery System model. Success in this position will be evidenced by the achievement of strong financial results and cost control; the delivery of high-quality patient care; and creating a practice culture that is committed to customer service, compliance and accountability. Qualifications: BABS degree in a healthcare or related business field; MBAMHA preferred Minimum five years of experience in physician practice management, particularly in group practice settings of multiple sites and more than 25 physicians Working knowledge of systems development protocols, IT planning and implementation, revenue cycle management, third-party reimbursement and regulatory compliance Strong financial aptitude Familiarity with computer-based practice management and accounts receivable management systems Proficiency in MS Office or similar software We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
