We are currently recruiting a proven and experienced Director of Nursing (RN) in Long-term care for our skilled nursing facility we own and operate in Rockwood, TN.

Summary: To manage the overall operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with Company policies, standards of nursing practices and governmental regulations so as to maintain excellent care of all residents needs.

The Bridge at Rockwood is conveniently located close to Knoxville, Oak Ridge, and Crossville and is only minutes from Interstate 40 near the intersection of Highways 27 and 70. Our innovative facility is bridging the gap between the past and present for those with Alzheimer s disease and related conditions. Requirements:
Director of Nursing minimum qualifications: Must have current RN nursing state license, 3+ years experience in geriatrics/long term care management, proven leadership, previous DON experience preferred, ability to handle multiple assignments and issues, excellent communication and organizational skills a must and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Embrace a servant leadership hands on approach to how we care for our residents with a can do attitude.
