The Sponsorship Sales Director is responsible for planning and implementing national sales plans, sponsorship product development and marketing strategies, while targeting existing and new markets. As the Sponsorship Sales Director, you will help drive the company to the next level of success. This position will report directly to the Managing Director , with immense growth opportunities.

Principle Accountabilities:
? Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for sponsorship opportunities, general products and services.
? Maintain existing and develop new relationships in the mobile and digital ad tech industry with key strategic partners and industry influencers.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of mobile ad tech concepts, movements and innovations.
? Coordinate with Creative, Programming and Marketing departments to engineer creative and integrated sponsorship solutions for clients.
? Develop and recommend sponsorship positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
? Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
? Monitor competitor events, sponsorship sales and marketing activities.
? Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
? Direct market channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals.
? Attend relevant industry events to represent company and expand client base.
? Meet with key clients, assisting sales associates with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
? Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
? Review and analyze sales performance against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
? This position will be responsible for managing and developing 3-4 sales people.

Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent years of experience.
? Five (5) years of related experience with progressive management experience.
? Three to five (3-5) years of Mobile Industry specific experience.

? Out-of-town, overnight travel is required
? Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. -
General understanding of Events and Mobile Ad Technology
