A resume is required with application.
Provide administrative, program development and implementation of outreach activities of the Hannibal Regional Medical Group. To plan, direct, coordinate and facilitate Hannibal Regional Medical Group s Outreach Program through a variety of services, programs and projects and serve as liaison with health centers and other key community organizations and businesses in order to establish relationships with focus on collaborative opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in communications, business, marketing or related field required
- Minimum of three years experience in healthcare marketing, community relations, outreach and/or organizing experience required
- Experience in formulating, implementing and managing plans, policies, procedures, and systems
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present market data
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation required to develop and deliver insightful strategies and presentations to the leadership, senior executives and business departments
- Knowledge of desktop publishing, web publishing, design, layout, and the management of content creation for publications and other communication/design projects preferred
- Ability to motivate team members and handle multiple projects and/or priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated knowledge of budgets, resource allocation and return on investment measurement
- Ability to translate business unit objectives to facilitate the growth of business unit
- Understanding of health promotion, prevention, and screening efforts that contribute to improved health status of the community
- Ability to interact with administrators, physicians and community leaders FT Days
