Description: The Director provides leadership for the perioperative department of the hospital. As a member of the Patient Care Executive Council, the Director of Nursing participates in strategic and long-range planning of the Patient Care Division; collaborates in the design and development of systems, nursing standards of clinical practice, and policies and procedures; fosters a climate that enhances nurse recruitment and retention; facilitates quality programs that reflect nursing research; ensures ongoing evaluation and innovation of services provided; identifies, monitors and recommends appropriate nursing Compensation; evaluates critical disciplinary, quality and grievance actions.
Requirements: *Current AR Registered Nurse License. *Evidence of successful progressive management experience with a minimum of five (5) years in Nursing Management.*Bachelor s Degree in Nursing Preferred. *Master s Degree in Nursing or Related Field Preferred. Full-time Day
